Since we started, our organization has changed and expanded, but one thing has stayed the same: our mission to help those in need both through service and by raising funds that go toward helping us achieve bigger goals each year. Our event is just around the corner and we couldn’t get more excited. Honors Events was started in 2011 and founded by A Jay Pullen and is an annual fundraising event that honors and recognizes the achievements of African Americans in the Central Ohio and Miami Valley communities, who are making a positive impact within their community.
To help our mission, we encourage you to Save the Date for our upcoming event. This will be an opportunity to network with other honorees while we highlight our achievements and celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Central Ohio Honors Event.
The generosity of our sponsors combined with our powerful cause, have helped us thrive and grow into what we are today. Honors Events has brought families and communities together. All the monies raised have gone to help youth with school supplies, career development, and other resources. Financial contributions are tax deductible.
